Óbidos é sempre um excelente pretexto para passarmos um dia descontraído na companhia de amigos, com sol, bons petiscos e ginjinha q.b. Quando lá estivemos, finalizavam-se os preparativos para o "Mercado Medieval", que decorrerá entre os dias 16 e 26 de Julho, no largo do Castelo. (ao lado, as "lojas" dos artesãos). Julgo que valerá a pena dar um salto até lá pois, para além dos petiscos, haverá ainda torneios medievais e muito espírito da época. Para mais informações veja-se o site oficial aqui

Oh, TI - so many good memories connected to this trip! I think Obidos was one of those magic places we visited to remember and tell about forever. Just today we had time to go through your pictures... I love them - they are so colourful! It was so great to be there and to have lunch with all the tasty local specials plus vinho verde ;) we still have a bottle at home (we bought one in Ericeira) and we are keeping it for a special occasion. Thank you and Ze for taking us there!

It's always so good to know about you, so it's special to have you here too. Our week will stay forever on our minds and that vinho verde certainly will stay too. There's so much to see in Portugal and you know that next year you can also plan to come for a week or two.
